Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Thank you Jennifer

My visit to Fern Forest Gardens last summer was absolutely fabulous. From their breathtaking grounds, to array of high quality plants.. I wish I found this local spot sooner! Not to mention, Karen and Tom were so lovely to deal with; Karen's passion beams through this spectatular place. The annuals I bought here were THE BEST I have ever gotten..So lush, and never seemed to stop growing. Karen even gave me lots of great info regarding my favourite, Petunias. Thanks again!!

RBC branch in Gravenhurst is excellent - only complaint I have is that, if you need to speak to someone in your branch you cannot. The phone system is ridiculous. If I wanted to talk to a machine I would just buy a robot to talk to. It is very frustrating when you cannot get thru to your branch to talk to a live person anymore.

They develop leadership skills, team building skills, gratitude and an appreciation for others. The camp has an old-fashioned, traditional feel with lots of water and outdoor activities and the curriculum includes amazing activities and skill development that will help the kids as they grown into adults. I needed a short notice survey and pinning of the house to the lot. Bunker was busy but they fit me in and did the job in one day. Worked with me instead of telling me what I couldn't do. Absolute Pros. When they double checked the measurements one pin was out 3mm. Which they fixed!!! Soleil in the office was great to deal with. Pricing was similar to all surveyors in the area. Work was exceptional.
