The sales lady that served us was Sheela Dabra a very knowledgeable person who knew her products and very willing to answer all our questions. Robin S was great. She listened to our complaint of constant rising costs for unused services. She understood our customer frustration and arranged a cheaper package that offers only the channels we want. We left with a smile and gratitude. The only reason I don't add a 5th star is that the extra $12 for Internet and phone as of Sept. 1 will reduce the actual savings we enjoyed briefly. As tested loyal customers over 12 years, we would like to see a rise in rates not eat away agreed-on savings. Lire plus
