Dr. Wilson has been a lifesaver for me. I've been seeing him for continuous headaches ever since being in a car accident in Aug. When pain medication doesn't work, his accupuncture techniques do. Rascals is such a treasure! From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel you and your business are very appreciated. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their products and happy to answer all questions. The store is very well laid out and well stocked and very easy to navigate. I love the bulk treat section which allows me to try many different products in small amounts! The toy section is big fun! My boys love Rascals and so do we!

I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. after injuring both shoulders the long recovery was made much less painful because of the phsiotherapy conditioning I recieved prior to and following surgery. Monitoring my progress, providing answers related to my injury,and assisting me with understaning what goals were realistic in relation to my injury and how to achieve them without jepordizing the surgical repair. I always felt that my input was important and that I could ask any questions related to my injury. Great location, parking never a problem and always willing to accomodate my schedule.

I'm extremely picky about where I go for these things and I highly recommend going to him at Painted Lotus. He has also been doing it for over 20 yrs so he is very experienced.

It has been wonderful to have such reliable transportation, and gives me so much freedom to 'walk' almost everywhere. Having had polio at a young age, my Travel Scooter is a great way to be mobile.

dr baker is the best rheumatologist in victoria.I was in a car accident last january which unfortunatly left me with wide spread body pain and unexplainable symptoms 6 diffrent drs where unable to dx me but when i finally was able to see dr baker for the first time he was able to dx me with in 10 min of seeing him.I would highly recommend this dr to anyone expecially if you are suffering with fibromyalgia like iam and arthritis.He cares about his patients and does everything in his power to help you control your pain.If you need to discuss anything to do with your medications he will return your phone call at the end of the day and if you email him he will email you back.I dont know of any specialist that will do this for his patients.Over all i would rate him with 5 stars.I would recommend him to my family and friends.He can be behind time but its only because he takes the time with his patients.
