I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. This guy is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and capable.

We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

A family member needed a good gaming computer back in 2009. Josto recommended parts, ordered those they didn't have and assembled everything into what they then said was the fastest computer they'd ever had in the store. We still have it and it continues to be a fine performer, although no longer top end. A few parts have been swapped but on the whole the same box. Good advice, good recommendations and a good build.

I was referred by a friend to Computer Depot. He told me he is using him for all his computer problems and he was really happy with him. I have to say my friend is right I had a problem with my gaming computer I had taken it to another computer shop and they were telling me you have to buy a new one, and I love my PC and didn't want to do that then I took to him he gave it another life and my PC is running much better and is faster. I received prompt service for a satellite internet repair and was even squeezed in on a short notice cancellation. Turned out the issue wasn’t with my satellite equipment, but a power bar failure after an power outage. The tech was quick to find the problem and noticed our equipment could use an update. He replaced all the equipment and made some minor repairs to cable ends as well. Very happy with the quick efficient service.

They saved my life lol not literally though. I had all my wedding pictures baby picture stored on my hard drive and it stopped working. I took it to 2 other places in town before bringing it to them and they me into there computer shop and went through all the photos I thought I would never see again. They were so quick and friendly and the tech guy helped me set my system to do backups from now own to save me from having a heart attack if it happens again.
