I started going to Pacific Life Chiropractic care at the beginning of my pregnancy because I was getting some sciatic nerve pain. This was my first pregnancy and I had never actually been to a chiropractor before. Dr Caroline was eager to explain to me what it involves and how it helps. I continued to go to her throughout my pregnancy and it made my pregnancy a lot more comfortable than I was hearing from some of my friends. I was able to sleep really well and walked at least 2.5 km a day right up to the day I had my son at 41 weeks. I was even shoveling 8 inches of snow off our driveway at 35 weeks with no trouble. I had an amazing labor as well, 6 hours from my water breaking and no contractions, until my son was born! I am so thankful that I went here and got this care. Definitely would recommend it to any of my friends! I always felt welcomed at the office, and really enjoyed my visits there. My son has also had a few adjustments from her and is growing like crazy and is a very happy baby. Lire plus
