Micheal certainly has a passion for his craft. I have a very challenging mouth to work on. But Micheal did the impossible by creating a perfect denture for me. Pricking as well is very reasonable. I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. Before I even purchased them I called him a few time for information and he always took time to explain everything. From start to finish I have been very impressed with his service and also his prices.

1st consult today, Dr. Gray, was very clear explaining to me the status of my condition. What I really liked about Dr. Gray during my visit he swiveled his monitor to show and tell in simple language, very compassionate and would follow up. In the waiting area, his other patients highly spoke of him - I felt already at easy prior to our meet (Hey! I am in good hands)-his staff/office team are very helpful and supportive to comply with the transition. I thank U for being here for me.

This doctors office is by far the fastest Ive been to in my 40 years. Both doctors are awesome hands down. Ive read the reviews and negative comments, and if there was an issue I guarantee its not the doctors it was the receptionist. After the regular receptionist wasnt there anymore there was a young girl who messed up a lot, she was nice but inexperienced in my opinion but recently hired a new girl. Who is awesome, she knows what shes doing. Will continue to go w my kids been going for 4yrs

This clinic was so friendly and is doing their absolute best given the COVID situation. We did have to wait a while for our test but they are dealing with patients coming from all over york region while still handling their regular clinic work. The doctor was so sweet and kind.
