We had an excellent experience this week in the Burlington location on Brant St. Samantha was amazing. Knowledgeable, honest and so friendly. She was patient with us and explained every question we had about purchasing our Cricut. It is staff like Samantha that will keep us coming back!

Shopped at Micheals in Orillia and had a great experience. First of all, it was a quiet time of the day and that made it all the more better. I did not have to wait in line for long and Mary who was the cashier was a very pleasant cashier. She was quick and I was in and out in a matter of no time. Thanks and look forward to shopping there again soon.

Person feels very comfortable with the seller. He is nice person to talk and never forces you to buy his products. He always want you to feel and love the product and then buy it.. He is cool guy and sells on very affordable prices.

I am their customer for 10 years now. Very satisfied with everything. Very reasonable prices( I always buy a voucher), I have done sooooo many photobooks for my big family, all success. Quality is great, shipping is not expensive, always comes 7 days after I submitted my order. And exceptionally great customer service (I had to call a few times there by phone in these 10 years). Maybe one note - customer service is only Monday-Friday, not available on evenings or weekends. Thank you!
