I started with laser treatments on my face just last year and it was the best decision I ever made!! I no longer have embarrassing and thick hairs which has really helped me feel beautiful. I love Gina and her salon is the only one I will ever recommend! She is extremely caring and professional and she will go the extra mile to make sure you are always happy with the service!! Her machines are also the most advanced which I appreciate!! I now have great skin and only go for touch ups!

Great haircut but unfortunately a brush was pulled out of a drawer used to blow dry my daughters hair and a few days later she has a lice out break. There was absolutely no way she got it anywhere else as we don't leave home in the summer and hadn't been around other people. Certain it was from there. It's really too bad because they did an excellent job but won't be going back. Hopefully they will start to Soak their brushes between every use and change their barbecide more often ?

Love this place . Went in to fix a horrible expensive hair color that was done by a well known salon . I got a gift card that is why I went . Bad mistake .My roots were dark and my streaks were orange . Went to see Amira . She transformed my cut and hair color. Now I have my confidence back . Thanks Amira . Amanda

I had a fantastic experience at Altum Spa & Wellness! The calming atmosphere and attentive staff, especially Cynthia, made it special. I received one of the best massages ever, and their COVID protocols made me feel safe. I left feeling refreshed and highly recommend this spa for quality treatments in downtown Vancouver!

Veronica has been my stylist for many years - she's the only one I trust with my hair. At other studios, my hair will look and feel good for a short period of time but eventually the colour dulls/hair gets dry. Veronica always recommends great cuts that grow out beautifully and her colouring technique leaves my hair healthy even months after its been coloured. Best is that she remembers the styles/cuts we've done before and always has great ideas of what to do next.
Bonus - Veronica is a great stylist for men too. She's my brother's stylist too and his hair always looks awesome.

I love my haircut! I had a very long hair and decided to cut it short due to my pregnancy so I told The hairdresser what I had in mind and yes! She was able to visualize it. Though she's new in that salon, she's very talented and very nice lady I would say. I'm loving my hair right now. Btw, her name is Devika.
