Called and spoke with an employee here to try to locate my girlfriend’s package that was going to be sent back across the country for missing our unit number. He efficiently put us in contact with someone who located our package, and changed the label to fix our mistake. Went well out of their way to do so just to make sure we got our package. The pharmacists here have looked after 3 generations of my family so well! They���re never too busy to be friendly, to make sure we understand our medications, and to double check prescriptions for accuracy. They were so kind to my elderly mom during her final years, and helped make sure she was able to take the right meds at the right time. We moved out of Mission, but we still get our prescriptions here.

They turned me away examining steps to take and when I came, I was greeted with the same outstanding service from other staff. Honestly the best pharmacy I've ever tried - staff know you, don't pry into personal details or try to usurp your doctor, are friendly, and even get prescriptions early! I've had to use 5+ pharmacies in Calgary in the past or for compounds but this one is my favourite by far. I finally feel comfortable getting the medicine I need :)

Bell provided the most outstanding service I have ever received from any business retailer. They are always very personable, courteous and supportive. Although they encouraged me to transfer to a less expensive plan with a subsidiary company, they still spent over an hour copying my new phone from the old for me. They patiently walked me through the transition with my new phone, knowing I was not technically skilled. I will return to Bell when this phone contract expires. So grateful to Bell!
