My Sales Associate was Musab. Musab was extremely professional, very articulate in explaining my purchase options as well as navigating me through the transfer from my old phone to my new phone. Being utterly useless with anything technical, Musab has to be highly commended, his patience and understanding is exceptional indeed. Personal, fast, honest, reliable - what more can I say? My laptop flat out refused to start up - I took it to the 'competition' and was told I needed a new one (this one was only 3 years old.) I was flabbergasted! I read the above reviews on Yellow Pages and contacted Country Computers. Next day, David had the laptop up and running and BETTER THAN NEW (it had never been set up properly in the first place!) To say the least, he has my business always.
