Ok fine, the atmosphere isn't what you call "good".
However, the food is actually quite good. The soup/ramen is tasty, the service is quite good. (they even welcome you by saying hello in Japanese and bye in Jap when you leave!)

Amazing soup. Truly delicious and hearty. Soup that eats like a meal! Have dined here many times and would for them to open more locations.
Service line is a little intimidating if you've never been there before but definitely worth.
TIPS: ask to sample first, and soups go on sale for 1/2 price after 3 p.m. (although selection is of course reduced).

I have been to this location before and have always been somewhat satisfied, decent food/service..but today was completely different.The young man working the dinner hour shift named Alex was absolutely incredible....came around and asked if we were all happy with our food, asked everyone, then came over and started CLEANING tables for customers, putting trays in garbage etc.I have NEVER seen that in a fast food joint(young lady helped too!!) Amazing young man!!

Jenna, our server, made the experience so enjoyable! We had a retirement dinner last night. We were provided with a wonderful description of the menu. A lot of laughs. Jenna has a level 3 Sommelier course, if you are interested in Wine. She’s Greek, so loves lamb! But watch out, she’s pretty witty having a Bachelor degree Psychology. It was nice to have such a personable server. We had a lovely room to chat with our group. The food was delicious. Our retiree was provided with a free dessert.

I have actually had great service and experiences with Amazon Canada. I can’t say the same with Amazon USA. Amazon Canada customer service always tries to resolve any concerns right away. There was once a package went missing and they resolved the problem right away with that same phone call and no transfers and waiting to speak to someone else. I know that some people have had a hard time getting in contact with Amazon. I have attached the number from the site. Hope this helps.
