Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Your driver that delivered to No Frills on Blake st today on Saturday Jan 21st @ 12:40, needs to be commended for his driving ! There were at least 6 vehicles that came into the parking lot & cut your driver off ! Though he was doing everything right, honking his horn while backing up, going very slowly, checking his mirrors constantly, the crazy drivers gave him no consideration & in the end he backed up safely & successfully! I drove over & commended him on his great driving, he did great ! R
