HONEST! - dealt with Manev, they were professional in that there was a clear process for how they handled a job - inspecting item, suggestion of the way forward, communicating cost, if agreed proceed, including giving me a time expectation that they will communicate with me. What showed true integrity was in the end, turns out my phone had died - they did not falsely charge me or pressure me for opting out of repair. Respectful and professional! Glad they live near me! Store is super clean!

Great place for the entire family! I loved the old place, but the new place at 100 Bloor East, Oshawa is even better! Tons of pieces to choose from to paint- more than I've seen anywhere! Plus they offer glass fusing, stoneware and clay. I've always wanted to try the potter's wheel. :) Time flies by so quickly, I always feel at home and help is there every step of the way. This place is amazing! My kids love PA Day camps... they always want to go back. Check it out!

I always use Continental Currency Exchange when I need $US or any other worldwide currencies. They have the best rates available and the service is always exceptional!I usually go to the branch at the Oshawa Centre and have mostly dealt with Jill who has been very helpful in answering any questions I have and completely professional throughout the currency exchange process! A definite 5 Star rating!!

I called for info on a hot tub cover and was greeted with excellent customer service. Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a cover for a higher end tub!Get ready for some great service with enthusiastic employees who definitely know their stuff!

I have been banking at the Royal Bank for nearly six years now and I am usually very impressed by their service. The lines are short and there's enough tellers to help people quickly. They're friendly and if I am waiting for my appointment, employees will ensure that I've been helped. For all my basic banking needs, I find this bank exceeds my expectations.
My only two complaints would be that sometimes the staff can be friendly to the point of overstepping their bounds (e.g. when I was 17, I didn't feel it was necessary for me to explain why I was not in school) and I don't like having to pay $4/month for my bank account. An employee did try to assist me in getting rid of the monthly fee, but it didn't work.
