I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. I will continue to utilize there service when I come and refer anyone I know that requires a rental car or other vehicle. 2PPCLI

I was very happy with my kitchen reno by Kanata Kitchens. They were very honest with their opinions and options, and together we were able to design a kitchen that beautifully fits my small space. The end result exceeded my expectations! Most of the work was done by one of the owners and his work was very efficient, professional, and always courteous as well. I received very good service from the lady telly yesterday morning , Wednesday October 2.
I went to my RBC branch in Manotick to draw some US$ and $CAN from my accounts. When I got to the counter I realised that I had left my debit card at home.Your Teller said do not worry I can solve that problem and asked me for ID and pin number etc and saved me a trip home to get my card. It is always nice to get good service with a smile.

On the first visit to the store I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the well organized stock. I was also surprised by the variety of your housewares department and its quality. I found fun clothing and enjoyed the trip tremendously. I have been back since to help a friend pick up interview clothes within his budget, he got the job!
I am going today because it is April 5th in Ottawa and it is freezing and going there will make me smile.
