I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! Keep up the good work!

I entered this place of business this past Saturday looking for a new phone and that's when I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy.
Shopping being one of my biggest pet peeves and not being the most tech savvy person on this planet, Tracy, you gave me one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I've ever had. Your knowledge, excellent service, but most of all your overall disposition and smile was greatly appreciated! This business is very fortunate to have you as one of their employees!

Melia was at the front desk both times I had to go in and while waiting I witnessed her deal with several customers who were angry. She was so professional and responded in a professional, sympathetic manner. Each time reassuring the customer that she would do her best to fix the problem. When I was up, she was, again, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up my account and help me save some money. As always, the team members at the Bell store in Driftwood Mall, Courtenay were so helpful, friendly and treated these two seniors with respect and dignity as we are not too up to date on our phones.
They had us setup with a new phone and transferring from our older phones..great service and quick.
Hubby back there today with more questions and they both are so eager to help.

Yesterday, my wife and I ordered two Cod Burgers with fries, at the drive through on Cliffe Ave. in Courtenay. We received our order okay but the receipt said only one order of fries and read $15.72. We paid $18.85. Was this an honest error by Kishan or something else? The burgers did taste good however.
