Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Back when I lived in Barrie, I always made a point of stopping in frequently to see what was new... They always added to what they had on a daily basis... Always found great deals, got fair value on trade ins and of the hundreds of items I purchased, I never had a problem returning an item that had an issue... I was not looking for friends there, but it got to the point where they knew me well. Great atmosphere.

For each move we were given different options on the system in our new home They have kept up to date with all the new devices and equipment and don;t make you feel stupid when you ask questions They are prompt in replying when you have a problem with your system and are quick to fix it When they leave your house its cleaner then when they started. I can now go on business trips worry free because I can access my cameras on my phone so I can see if a party is brewing. I have recommended Homeguard to many friends over the yrs and have never heard a bad word and the referral credits are a bonus SO If you have a business or home and want every gadget out there or just something simple Homeguard is the place to go
