Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Thank you Jennifer

Your driver that delivered to No Frills on Blake st today on Saturday Jan 21st @ 12:40, needs to be commended for his driving ! There were at least 6 vehicles that came into the parking lot & cut your driver off ! Though he was doing everything right, honking his horn while backing up, going very slowly, checking his mirrors constantly, the crazy drivers gave him no consideration & in the end he backed up safely & successfully! I drove over & commended him on his great driving, he did great ! R

Renova painting and flooring came to our house and installed vinyl plank flooring on our whole main level. They came when they said they would, they were efficient and very reasonably priced, and we just love the end result! I would absolutely recommend this company! Thank you ?

RBC branch in Gravenhurst is excellent - only complaint I have is that, if you need to speak to someone in your branch you cannot. The phone system is ridiculous. If I wanted to talk to a machine I would just buy a robot to talk to. It is very frustrating when you cannot get thru to your branch to talk to a live person anymore.

My children have attended this camp for 4 year and they cant wait to go back! The counselors are fantastic - caring, trained, safe and engaged. The activities are fun and challenging. They develop leadership skills, team building skills, gratitude and an appreciation for others. The camp has an old-fashioned, traditional feel with lots of water and outdoor activities and the curriculum includes amazing activities and skill development that will help the kids as they grown into adults. Love it!
