Why did I go there? People need to ask themselves that question! I have been to the Guelph location several times and have enjoyed myself each time! I go there for great wings and to have a good time. Guelph has not let me down. If you are in a rush, phone ahead and they will have your order ready, otherwise don't complain. Lauren is my favorite server, as well as other talented staff. Try Wild Wing Guelph, I recommend them!

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. Amazing place. The staff was friendly and courteous. Food was excellent, all the wedding guests loved the food. The Banquet Manager Chris Barlow was helpful every step of the way. When we were afraid we lost our ceremony location he was willing to accommodate a ceremony for us if needed. I highly recommend the Hanlon Convention Centre.

Swiss Chalet Franchised first united in the year of 1954 and has been a Canadian favorite ever since. Swiss Chalet is known for its fresh on premise rotisserie chicken; the slow roasted chicken is also served with Canadian potatoes and simmering delicious Chalet dipping sauce. Swiss Chalet, is also known for its incredible tender grilled ribs, also served with sides of fresh cut fries, that makes Chalets food so delicious.
Every Swiss Chalet location has a family orientated atmosphere. The setting consists of casual tables and booth seating as many as twelve customers, comfortable chairs and simple artwork covers the walls. We were lucky enough to be placed beside a warm brick fireplace, on a cold winter afternoon.
As we walked in, we were instantly greeted by the host at Swiss Chalet on Dundas Street in Cambridge, Ontario. He led us to our booth within minutes, as the waitress made her way to our table. The energy around us from the staff, customers and store were welcoming, warm, and crucial to how comfortable, and suitable our lunch was going to be.
The rotisserie chicken club wrap with fries, along with the rotisserie quarter chicken meal with whipped potatoes was ordered during our visit, with excellent service and time management. The server was friendly, engaged in conversation and interest of what we were ordering and how satisfied we were with our Swiss Chalet experience.
Our overall experience at Swiss Chalet, the Cambridge location was delightful. We encourage many individuals to take their date, spouse or family to the nearest location for their next great dinner experience for delicious food, friendly service and comfortable setting.
