My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!

My garage door broke and I could not get it open to get my car out. Called Kelly because he had done a great job about 4 years ago. Called mid day to request some maintenance on a 14 year old garage door that was having some issues closing properly. Brian was able to send a crew later that same afternoon. The crew were very professional & knowledgeable and were able to trouble shoot the issue and get it fixed right the first time and the price was very reasonable. I went to drive my husband to the airport and the garage door spring had broke. Contacted Anchor Door and Window and was able to get an appointment that same day. Jamie came out and helped me move the vehicles out of the garage and replaced the springs and serviced the door quickly. The garage door ran smoothly and more quietly than previously. I had given the controller my credit card information when I phone so the itemized bill came through my email. Very convenient! Very professional!

Ace installed my liftmaster unit on an emergency basis about 4 years ago.. it has been a dream. Over the weekend somehow my son messed with the sensors. Ace was going to be unavailable to come for a few days but he took my call after I returned home from work and walked us through the steps to correct the sensor problem. My garage door spring broke. I called Absolute Garage Door and Chad was able to come out that same afternoon. Chad was professional, checking the track and garage door alignment, even though it had nothing to do with the spring repair. Chad adjusted the door sensors to the proper height, adjusted the garage door opener chain and other adjustments on the opener. I highly recommend this business.

While backing my boat into my garage earlier this month, I caught and ripped off the weather strip from our garage door. Although we live out in the county, the manager of Well Hung Door sent a technician out to our house within two days. The technician arrived at the appointed time, installed the new weather strip, and adjusted and lubricated the doors for us, all at a more than reasonable price. They had it fixed in an hour and half and repaired several other parts that were getting old and wonky. I was worried about a big bill, but it was just over $200. Would definitely use them again.

After calling two garage door repair companies in Calgary and being quoted outrageous prices to come out to even look at the door, I lucked out when I called Bud at ASAP Overhead Door Repair.
He was at my house within an hour of calling and had my cable replaced and a broken hinge fixed so quickly.
I was so stressed out as my husband was out of town, didn't know what to do. I would highly highly recommend Bud to come and fix any of your garage door needs. As he is super honest and efficient.

To my shame I backed into my garage door, breaking a cable. These guys came when they said they would and the cost of their services was very reasonable. This is actually the second time they have come out. The last time was when one of our springs broke. That time they came even though it was after hours and WINTER and were also very reasonable with the cost. Save yourself the headache of dealing with other people and just call these guys!
