Honest and Quick laptop repair service. My computer crashed two months ago and I took it to this store this morning. Very good customer service and quick response time. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

Good size store, many items not available at the store closest to us. Very helpful & friendly staff both in the store and on the phone. Store laid out well, not crowded.
