Although over 2 months have passed since you came out to quote and your guys came out to do the work at our house, I just wanted to say “thank you” to you and to the guys. You were great with the quoting and explaining it all – and for have some laughs, too. You also told everything up front and made some recommendations that would get the job done/ keep costs reasonable. I was not here when the guys came out but Linda said they were great and also fantastic to work with.

Adrian and his crew came in to replace some knob-and-tube wiring that was still in my walls, as well as fix a shorted circuit. They were punctual, professional, and also just genuinely friendly while they were working. I'm definitely calling them first the next time I need electrical work done!

I can't recommend this company enough!!
First of all : Chris and his team can handle complicated -commercial type / business jobs that many other electricians will turn down "saying we don't do this".
They did several jobs in my store and never said this is too small, or too big , or we are too busy( although they are very busy).
Second, not only are they capable, but also their level of service, decency,Politeness, attention to details (up to cleaning well after the work .. ) Enough said.

We used the company when we were living in Brantford. He hooked up gas lines for two outdoor barbecues, plus a gas range.
We just moved to Hamilton. Gas line to outdoor barbecue, gas line to gas range, a sub panel for the circuit panel, correction of electrical hazards and finally installation of a range hood (required cutting a hole in the kitchen to the outdoors) were all performed . ONE contractor.
All work was meticulously and professionally performed with no shortcuts.

Fantastic service & support, We call Deker with an ESA concern over a realty sale with only a few days to address unexpected issues, Derek came to our place within 2 hours at 7pm, after normal hours to assess concern, Lana rescheduled workers so 9am the next day a Deker crew was on site to begin repairs, they completed repairs in 2 business days, handled the ESA needs, permits, etc. on schedule and under budget. This company is the best service I’ve had. I needed a new thermostat as mine stopped working. I called this company and Ben came out to service with in 2 hours. I was lucky he had a spare thermostat in his truck as this was just after Xmas and only curb side pickup available. He was very professional and polite.
