It's not very often that I would consider giving a stellar review for someone that just ruined my day with a $3500 repair estimate LOL....However, the professionalism and service that I received from Ryan at Lo-Cost on 97st was above and beyond.
Hopefully I won't need to be a returning customer too often, but if I ever need transmission service again there is only one place I will go.

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

I have had lots of work done there and its always been great, Shawn is honest and I trust him, if anything else is needed to be done he calls me to let me know before proceeding . His shop is one of the few I really trust in St.Albert

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. we had a problem with our car while camping in the area and had it towed to MotorMania on a weekend. I called Monday morning to let them know the car was there, Keith in Service was extremely helpful and called me back later that day to say it was fixed. They found a simple problem and it didn't require any parts. there is a positive attitude in that shop and they even told us where to try fishing while we were in town. Excellent service I'd recommend them to anyone looking for service or parts
