We used Cornerstone for a home inspection on a single residential house in North Vancouver. Charlie was meticulous in his work and provided a thorough report on the state of the interior and exterior of the building. Although it wasnt in perfect condition, we bought the house and are using his guide to make improvements and get things in good working order. Charlie is a one of a kind who can help you with your home or commercial inspection.

I am very fortunate to have found Janet and Optimum Nannies and Homecare. Janet found us our current nanny who has been with us since 2007. I was 8 months pregnant with a 3 year old running around when we decided it was time to get some help. By hiring Janet's agency, it took the stress off sifting through resumes, and endless interviewing. She met with us, found out exactly what our needs and then began searching for the perfect candidate. After her extensive search, Janet narrowed things down and sent us 3 ideal nannies to interview. I had to use this vet in an emergency situation. I would have paid them anything, as I couldn't get in with the other vets I have used in the past. They charged me the exact price that I was quoted, and through researching afterward, I discovered it was the lowest price.
They had to put my dog down, and they were kind and compassionate to both me and my dog. I have heard of vets trying to get people to consent to frivolous treatments, even when the dog is dying. These guys did no such thing.
Honest, compassionate and professional!

Our female cat was in medical distress . We received excellent service and medical care at the clinic . Her recovery meant several visits to the clinic . The staff were very caring and seemed to be found of the cat . I highly recommend this clinic .
