Thanks for your excellent service Sometimes staff needs to hear that. It is easy to complain, and some people do it like there is a reward for it. Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer. So if you do decide too complain pick another place , This Home Depot is top Notch

I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

Wesco glass was excellent to deal with.
They are quick and efficient and offered a fair price.
I had a damaged glass roof on my sundeck from another roofing company that they were unable to fix.
West Coast was able to come over quickly and fix the problem.
I was impressed with their customer care everyone from Trish at reception to The installer Dimitri and write to the owner to ensure that I was happy with the work.

I left a poor review just weeks ago but have since found out that their admin person has the poor customer service skills. The rest of their staff are very helpful when you get past the admin. They fixed the issue with the window and told us to call if there was any other problems going forward. They also provided a gift card for our troubles with the admin to a lovely restaurant nearby. I am happy to recommend this business.

Canadian Windows provided the best estimate for 6 apartments, including skylights. Their windows have been there since that summer and they are energy efficient, they work very well. Eric helped me order my exterior doors. He did a fantastic job at a great price. There was a minor error on one of the doors, you had to go outside to close the blinds in it. We had a good laugh about it and they fixed it the same day. Great service. I went back and purchased my interior doors with Tyler and had just as good of service and pricing. They are a must to check out for your next project.
