So glad we did called Matt to replace our vinyl deck. We had several delays due to the weather this time of the year but Matt was constantly in contact with us with updates and timings. Anytime there was a concern or suggestion, he would make contact and discuss the options before proceeding. Matts Cobstruction is a one man show, but you wouldnt think so with the work he does. Highly recommend him.

We originally hired Yorkshire Timber Wise to fix some falling down fence posts and 2 side gates that had been poorly constructed by a previous installer. Andy was so great. From the moment he came out to do our quote, we knew that this was someone with superior knowledge, experience and work ethic that we could trust to do a good job. And we were right. He and his team were so efficient and professional that we had them back the next week to replace our rotted, sagging backyard fence. Again, they went above and beyond, even trimming back some cedar hedges so that they wouldn’t be pushing up against the new fence. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new fence, knowing that our backyard is now completely safe for our kids and that we paid a very fair price for the exceptional work that was done. Richard repaired our chain-link fence that was damaged in this springs flood. He went above and beyond to repair the damaged section plus another minor portion previously damage by a falling tree. And even though he did more than originally planned, he stuck to his stated price. His workmanship was excellent and he was prompt in responding to our call. Honest and great workmanship is difficult to find these days.

I am really impressed with the work that was done by this company. They came in and built a fence in my back yard that is exactly what I wanted. The crew was very professional, and the owner has a meticulous eye for every detail. My only complaint is that the fence is in the backyard and not in the front yard were everyone can see it.
