A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .

Dr. Moona and his amazing staff gave me my life back and I can’t thank them enough.
3 weeks ago I was still in wheelchair, 2 weeks just crutches, now no aids needed and I am back to work and driving again. Pain is almost gone.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I have been treated by Dr. Grabowski since I was a young. He is very gentle and his wife, the receptionist, is simply lovely. Large range of appointments are available and I always feel comfortable. Targeted treatment cured me of pronating ankles when I was 10 and my scoliosis when I was 15. Will continue going!
