After a year, multiple visits for fillings and cleanings, we have had nothing but positive experiences! 10 star service, with the most caring humans. Used this clinic today for the first time. We run a senior cat rescue and have an out of town foster with a senior cat. This clinic was an absolute dream to deal with. From the receptionist Courtney to the vet (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) they were so wonderful with TJ and fit us in promptly! If anyone looking for a vet in St Catherine’s I cannot recommend them enough. To other rescues they were kind , compassionate and really just 5 star to work with. Guys, let me just get straight to the point.
Great people can transform any experience.
In the past I had a ton of negative experiences with banks, and when I was embarassed, sad, and down-and-out the gang at Bank Of Montreal Bay + College were like angels to me.
They believed in me, they got me back on my feet even when it looked like all the "rules" were against me. Essie, welcomed me in and put me in touch with my rep, John.
John heard my story, listened really well, and I felt understood, and when he went to Jessica (the oh-so-fantastic manager) to get approval for me, he really went to bat for me.
Since then I've had incredible help when I lost my card (twice!) and when some scammer-ATM tried to get my PIN, from Grace, Clea, Miles, Lui (sp?) and more.
I'm so thrilled with my experience with this particular branch, that I travelled a 2hr commute, just to keep it as my home branch, when I moved away temporarily.
Do banks get reviews like this often? I don't know, but I know what I feel and my experience, and I felt compelled to share.
Thanks for putting a personal, caring touch into banking, guys.

I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.
