Knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain what he's doing or what needs to be done. He gets the job done quickly and efficiently, I had new fixtures plus toilet and sink installed. I showed him a quote another plumber had given for another job (furnace) he told me he could do it but the first plumber actually gave a fair price...honest as well. I would definitely recommend this guy.

Very nice people, they were over all very pleasant to deal with, however:
-Original work failed permit inspection and barely passed second inspection, inspector at second inspection advised using different contractor in the future.
-A few issues I ended up fixing myself after being frustrated with original work, attention to detail was absent.
-Final invoice was a few hundred dollars above quoted amount, I am flexible with the quoted amount but this was a surprise.
-Overall questionable quality

Water was coming up out of the floor drain in my basement and it smelt really really bad. i had the city come send a camera down my line and quickly found out all my underground plumbing pipes had collapsed. Barry and the guys were over the next day, quickly found the best solution and completed the job within the original quote. as soon as they walked in the door i had peace of mind.

Friendly and knowledgable.
I wanted to renovate my ensuite including a new tiled shower. I got some outrageous quotes from some contractors but then called the Neighbourhood Plumber. He gave me a lot of ideas as far as the planning and gave me a few options and prices. I was sold on having a rain head alongside a hand held wand and normal shower head with a diverter to operate them individually or have the all on at once !!! It turned out awesome !
Would recommend to all !!!
