I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

If you want an excellent and HONEST repair service this is the place to go. Our furnace was improperly diagnosed by one of the big repair services with them trying to sell us a new furnace. Our furnace is only 8 years old.
Barrie Furnace Repair came in and replaced our broken fan, cleaned out our system and even cleaned the manifold at a very reasonable price. He fixed problems left behind by other repair people!
The service is quick, accurate, honest and does not break the bank. Barrie Furnace is now our "go to" for help with our heating and air-conditioning!
