I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Yikes today is April 16th 2025, and Wow!! we had Robert (another ROB) over to our home to discuss our options for a new furnace. What a professional, concise, friendly, courteous, sales person. He answered all of our questions, gave us complete information, took his time to explain what was going on with our old Geothermal furnace, and all of the options, that we needed to know. Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. He didnt rush through the job and took his time to troubleshoot and diagnose my AC problem. Our sales relresntiative responded to our call immediately, came over to our home and laid out all our options for us. Ivor was was very helpful, knowledgeable and curtious. We decided on a napoleon furnace which is made locally in Canada and had a tremendous warranty. The installation crew had the furnace installed almost immediately and we were very thankful for the service since our old furnace broke down during the winter and we were without heat. Our furnace is functioning amazingly.

If you want an excellent and HONEST repair service this is the place to go. Our furnace was improperly diagnosed by one of the big repair services with them trying to sell us a new furnace. Our furnace is only 8 years old.
Barrie Furnace Repair came in and replaced our broken fan, cleaned out our system and even cleaned the manifold at a very reasonable price. He fixed problems left behind by other repair people!
The service is quick, accurate, honest and does not break the bank. Barrie Furnace is now our "go to" for help with our heating and air-conditioning!
