I called 8 am holiday Monday (Canada Day) and received a call back around 930. The emergency repair guy (John) saw that I had called earlier and returned the call, even though the store was closed. Unfortunately they did not have the part, but still he was willing to help the best he could.

I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.

Hi, I have used Ultra Comfort in Mississauga 2 different times now and have been extremely happy on both occurrences. The first time was for our home furnace/ac and the second was for a gas fireplace. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable plus their service is GREAT. I learned about A1 from Yellow pages, and gave them a call. I have been looking to purchase a new air conditioner furnace for a few years now. The last few sales men I contacted were pushy and had many hidden costs...very sneaky. So finally I tried A1, The ladies at the office were extremely nice my salesman was fantastic and educated me on what I really needed. The installers were clean, quick, and informative. After they had a quality assurance inspector come out to make sure everything was installed properly and then made sure I understood my new thermostat...by the way wifi is the way to go !!! All in all it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who mentions they need an HVAC company.
