Very impressed with their workmanship. They resized my wedding ring which consists of 3 separate intertwined gold rings. Figuring out new and smaller circumference was challenging taking the thickness of each ring into account. They did it perfectly leaving no trace of resizing on each of the rings. Need jewlery repaired? Designed? Made? Or even just cleaned? I can't express enough how amazing this family owned business is. I've been to many different jewellers, even the one my engagement ring is from and I trust no one more then Rodan jewlers. One thing I realized right away was that it's not just about jewlery for them they really care about the customer, their story and your satisfaction with the finished product. Absolutely fantastic customer service from this father and son team. Sasha and Mike were patient and very knowledgeable. They had a great selection of watches which were fairly priced. While I tried on numerous watches they took the time to clean my wife's ring and make sure she was taken care of. They definitely go a step further with their service. We will definitely go back and support this local business and I suggest you do the same.

I just searched on-line for my Jewelry store. I am so surprised that more comments are not here. I have shopped and bought from Sonny for 17 years. Being too frugal, at times, I have wasted my time searching elsewhere. When it is important and special, I always go to Sonny.
*As a side-bar; Sonny offered to help my friend who dabbles in Hobby Jewelry ... Who does that?

Excellent customer service. There was a miscommunication between the store and the gemologist to the tune of $700. I, as the customer, was not asked to pay any part of the repair bill. Can you imagine any other store doing that? I've had them do other work for me previously, always totally satisfied. Great bunch of people working there. My dear, late friend loved working there a few years ago.
