I have been dealing with SWB for several years. They are very friendly and competent people. They take the time to explain my policies and coverages available. There is never any pressure,just complete and honest advice. When I started with them it was just car insurance. Now they handle insurance needs for me, my family and my business. TD auto center has set the bar for top notch customer service! The one stop shop experience took a lot of stress away as they took care of everything right there. I did not have to drive someplace else to drop off my vehicle for repairs, or arrange my own rental. I simply left my vehicle there for repairs right there and they arranged for a car rental delivery all within an hour. In less than 48 hours I had my vehicle back looking like new!
