Needed a plumber on Sunday night and they were here within half hour of my call. They came in and explained step by step what was being done and were done in about one hour with no mess for me to clean up. Gord’s Electric guided me though the generator hook up requirements that I am planning for my home. Thanks to his expertise, I will now be able to stay warm and keep my refrigerators working in the next power outage. I didn’t realize how much of the installation plan was related to electrical safety and generator safety.
All of my questions were answered with knowledge and accuracy as well as answered after hours. His knowledge, skill and workmanship is unprecedented.

JFD did a great job installing vinyl plank throughout my main floor as part of a total makeover. The attention to detail and workmanship, ensured that we would enjoy our floor for years to come. Without being asked Steve even replaced a transition piece with VP because he knew it would flow better. Even for some DIY renovations, there are some final fit and finish jobs that are worth paying a professional for.

Open Arms Preschool has felt like home for the past 2 and a half years. My daughter started going there when she was 18 months old and she's been cared for by loving and patient teachers. The facility is clean and organized, and did such a good job maintaining the safety protocol during COVID. The webcam and apps were great communication tools to receive updates and see what the kids are up to. I am so grateful to have found such a warm and caring environment for my daughter!

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

I have been going to Jenn for over 6 months now and I am absolutely hooked on sugaring as my only form of hair removal. I find this method to be much more gentle than compared to waxing. I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again
