Everyone here loves seeing the pets. You can tell that they really care about pets. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and have been coming here with the pets we had before these. Dr. Hughes helped us through several surgeries, serious illnesses and when we had to say goodbye they were so empathic and helped us to know we were doing the right thing. We would never go anywhere else. With COVID-19 they have been doing curbside - keeping everyone safe - so I cannot go in but my dogs pull to go in!

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

I was having a small problem with the cockpit on my Legend Angler while I was doing some fishing up at my cottage in Algonquin Park. I contacted Matthew from service department who requested I send him a few pics of of the area I was having the issue with and within 15 minutes he sent me a pic and some instructions on how I could do the simple fix myself.
