For a motel it's nice go there all the time, but staff said theirs no downstairs washroom for customers kinda rude where do they pee in a cup and throw it outside? What if someone traveled and needed to use the washroom right away.

I had my wedding at Crystal Grand and it was amazing !! The staff was so accommodating and easy to work with, my guests loved the food and the hall is just stunning ! Have been going to Toronto for something like 5 years and usually eat here at least twice a trip. Food is very reasonable considering comparables, i.e. a famous hot dog place that also does corned beef/pastrami and where a lunch of a sandwich, very small (albeit yummy) potato salad and a large drink cost over $20 w/tax/tip.
We go here, have my sandwich and drink, my girl has a pizza or a whatever and a Caesar. That usually runs $31-33 with tax/tip. When ordering from the delightful desert stand, it pushes your bill a considerable amount but is well worth the price!
We have always found the staff extremely friendly and service to be excellent, even when the restaurant is incredibly busy.

We had our daughters communion here. The food was delicious & served warm, even though our party arrived later then the other two parties having their communions on the same day. Not only was the food served warm but it was very delicious. Our servers were very helpful and accommodating. The dj was right on point with his music selection & everyone had fun dancing the night away, from the kids to us adults. The owner was friendly and has a great personality. Thank your efforts to a perfect night

We had trouble with our heating system wee hours in the morning and good thing Standard Mechanical Ltd does have 24 hour emergency service. They had sent out one of their mechanics right away to fix the problem and now it is all good. Thank for the excellent work!
