I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. First snow day and every tire shop was booking middle of next week and onward. West End is a very busy all-service mechanical shop but since my tires are on rims, the rep said they could do them this morning. Two hours later, 20 minutes in-and-out, $63 and I'm done. Although we live in Winnipeg it is definitely worth the drive, and the experience I had there is far superior to any other that I have had in the city.
The Doctors and staff are amazing, and the service and round the clock care my dog received was incredible.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable on all levels for locks, doors, and security services. I was locked outside of my house and they were very prompt to respond. Also had them rekey my house and provide new locks for my rental unit. They recommend only quality materials when asked about various brands of locks.
Also had them provide security system for house and their monthly fee for monitoring seems to be the lowest compared to other security monitoring providers.
