I took my computer in this morning and within several hours they had it up and running again! I live in the area and did not know they were there. Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! She's pleasantly hospitable, appreciates the clients time and is thorough as a communicator. If there are delays she relates them respectfully. Dr. Ali is the best dentist of my life. She saved my big smile and teeth, painlessly and speedy. Root canals are effective, even with calcifications. Two huge fillings avoided crowns. Another repair on my front teeth was beautifully done by Dr. Ali. The deep cleaning is a breeze. Everyone is friendly and professional. I am so grateful to have found Alder Dental, and highly recommended Dr. Ali for all your cosmetic and ongoing dental needs.

Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

This is the best, I started going about 15 years ago when they were in South Granville. The style techniques they use are perfect for my straight fine hair and they have great instructors....never disappointed

I had visited 3 other car shops before and this was the only one who took the time to exam and hoist my car to find the problem.
It was fixed in about 10 minutes and then I wasn't even charged for it. The staff was very pleasant and the repair was done in no time.

Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!

Went in for the first time ever on 12/14/2017 to get a hair trim. The lady (unsure of her name) was kind and really wanted to make sure she knew what I wanted before starting to cut. She gave me a cut and made sure I liked it before sending me off. However, she was trying to up sell me into a wash, curl, adding toner etc which I was not fond of. I said I wasn't interested and it got uncomfortable which I didn't like.
