I stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites for 3 weeks in May. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.
The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. A great setup to work, great internet connection.
Having a pool I feel this hotel would be great for families with children.
To help save money the offer hot breakfast and take away breakfast.

Highly overated food, I've never been happy with my meal, but I'm very picky and others that I dine with seem to always love it. It's never terrible, but I've never been blown away either, and there always seems to be a problem of some sort, you probably don't eat like me so I'm sure you'll enjoy it, if you are like me just get a burger, you won't hate it. The atmosphere is the best in town and the beer selection is out of this world. I certainly recommend going there before a night on the town

Met my friends for a lovely supper visit. Pleasantly welcomed upon arrival, Jason was our server and did a great job. Very clever and attentive, knowledgeable and just fun. I enjoyed the Asian stir fry which was beautifully presented, hot and delicious. My friends totally enjoyed their meals as well. We just had a great fun evening. Certainly will return again. The dinner portions are big enough to share! My family and I visit Fredericton every year going to and from Prince Edward island. We make sure to have at least one meal at the Snooty Fox! One of our favorite memories is of a drink special called the Mangler. My father ordered it with some trepidation . . . Only to find out it was a from from pink drink complete with parasol!

Coming from experience I have to tip my hat to the chef's at Italian by Night. Might I suggest you agree as a group to make your choices with sharing in mind as there is just to much to choose from. An additional bonus was a real wine list which means no sign of the same ol' same ol' typical wines of most uptown restaurants. Fantastico!
