I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

I will never, and I mean NEVER, get a brazilian by anyone else! She is so fast yet efficient. She gets every hair (seriously, she is like a waxing wizard) and she always makes sure I am comfortable...given the circumstances ;)
I had to use 2 other estheticians recently because of scheduling conflicts, and they simply do not compare. They took almost triple the time, left hair behind, and a ton of breakage. When Audra says she is the Queen of Brazilians, everybody better bow down!

I went to drive my husband to the airport and the garage door spring had broke. Contacted Anchor Door and Window and was able to get an appointment that same day. Jamie came out and helped me move the vehicles out of the garage and replaced the springs and serviced the door quickly. The garage door ran smoothly and more quietly than previously. I had given the controller my credit card information when I phone so the itemized bill came through my email. Very convenient! Very professional!

phoned to get an electrician to install a ceiling fan and a light. Came within 2 hours. The fan I wanted installed had to be return. He said just call back tomorrow when you get the new fan and I install it. Great job, came back the next day took a bit to install and did a great job. Was friendly and very professional. The store may be called the Wine Shoppe, but the funny thing is, they have the best selection of tea in Kamloops and really should be called the Tea and Wine Shoppe. Just like the tea shop in Courtenay BC, they have a brewed pot of tea to try, and you can smell any kind. I am very impressed with this store and I recommend it to all tea lovers or even just people interested in trying a new flavor or getting some amazing green tea. They also order in for you from the Courtenay tea shop. What great customer service.
