We had a problem with our SUV as the tracking seem to short out our starter. My mechanic was certain this was the problem but Genuine Tracking Solutions were not quite convinced, but nevertheless they paid for the problem to get fixed and reimbursed us the money we put out for the mechanic. They are completely honest people, and there is not too many people like this today. If I could I would give Genuine Tracking Solutions a 10 Star **********, but only shows 5 Star *****. Thank you John!

I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful.
I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5.
I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.

Outstanding friendly and professional customer service and product knowledge! I first went to BBR to visit their free turntable clinic with an old turntable that I had. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to make some repairs and adjustments to my turntable. When it was finally time for an upgrade, I knew exactly where I wanted to go.
