I cannot say enough good things about Jaguar! Prompt on site, detail oriented, professional attitude & customer service. Answered all my questions from the 1st phone call & throughout the whole installation. I was worried about the black tube (back flow valve) sticking out of the ground as I see so many older front homes with. No issues at all as per pics below. Huge thanks to the whole crew!!

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

I was very impressed with this company. I received a text prior to my appointment with pictures and a quick bio of the technicians who were going to be in my home - a very nice touch! Dr Rocque Nobert is wonderful! I called yesterday after the office was closed because of a really bad toothache and Rocque offered to meet me at the office and open it up just for me. He and his lovely wife took time out of their Friday evening to look after me! Amazing! Turns out it wasn't my tooth at all but complications from a possible sinus infection but he took care of things. Rocque your willingness to help and genuine concern are heartwarming. Unless it is a long weekend, my wife and I will be bringing our bikes here exclusively from now on. The level of service is unparalleled in the city. I had what I thought was a blown seal on my master cylinder in my brand new brake lever. I went to 2 and called 4 different bike shops and they all instantly tried to sell me new set of brakes and said my brakes were pooched. Went to MSG and the mech took one look and said "Oh, this happens with these brakes from new" Simple bleed. Done.
