Bella Mia was recommended to me by a friend, whose sister-in-law had her hair done there by Armando and spoke very highly of the salon. I decided to get my hair cut (going from long to quite short) and went in to book an appointment. I was booked in with Harriet for the following Saturday. Harriet didn't want to cut my hair too short, seeing as it was a drastic difference and suggested leaving it a little longer, then if I decided, I could go back and have it shortened. I did go back, and I have to say for someone who doesn't like going to the hairdresser that I will definitely go back. Harriet did such an amazing job on my hair and I love it more than I thought I ever would. She understood exactly what I wanted with the colour as well as the cut and it turned out perfectly. I am so thrilled to finally have had a positive experience with a hairdresser as well as the salon itself. The staff is courteous and friendly and I will recommend Bella Mia to anyone looking for a new salon. I thank Bella Mia for doing a wonderful job in their craft and for my awesome new hair! He was really nice and helpful, asking me many questions about what I do on a daily basis, if I blowdry or flat iron, we went pretty indepth with the consultation. So i was confident I found the person to do my hair. I booked with him the following week, and I have never been so happy for doing so, I have never had such a great cut and the colors he choose was amazing with my skin tone. everyone has loved the bangs on me and I am glade to have found this great place. I have been to many spas before but this one was different. The moment I walked in the staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. My day started upstairs in the spa. I had a hot stone massage. It was great. I then had a facial, followed by a pedicure and then a manicure. My treatments were by far the best I had ever experienced. I was then brought back down to the main floor where my stylist did my hair. She was great. She knew exactly the look I wanted.
