I had the most amazing service ever and a large box store. There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .

I just finished reading the only other review from June 2015. I have to wonder what went wrong for this person. I have been using Kaycan products since fall of 2015. The Customer service team is knowledgeable and helpful, their warehouse guys get you out quick. They always have a bright attitude.

The staff meets me with a smile, immediately. Sometimes I have troubles explaining what I need, but she persists until both of us are sure. But that is ok, I can bring it back if it isn't quite right.
