One usually does not go to a hospital to be entertained. Couple of days ago I had hernia surgery. Met everyone involved on a first name basis and shared quite a few laughs. The Surgeon, Dr Kanji, greeted me like I was his long lost friend. OR staff, awesome but lights out. In recovery Armand (SN) excellent funny and courteous. I would love to write more space will not allow. RIH should be proud to have all of you on their staff. You are caring with only the patients best interest at heart. Thank

Dr Chahal is extremely thorough. She works for you on your behalf with other specialists and follows up well to ensure you are not left without an advocate to get things done. Her receptionist Connie is amazing. Her office is very comfortable and relaxing.

I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.

He cares enough to steer patients clear of using drugs to 'cure'. Psychiatrists can't fix mental illness, the patient has to do their part and not expect a quick fix. Dr. Chale's commitment to each and every patient is inspiring. A year into my therapy and I'm 100% better, and have 100% further to go but feel I can do it with Dr. Chale behind me.
