Staff and Dr.Zack are friendly, professional and organized. Yes, I’ve experienced long wait times but I don’t know why…maybe some people take more time as I noticed many people brought a second person into the room to interpret and other reasons as most patients are older. I use a wheelchair and can’t get out and I especially found everyone in the office go out of their way to accommodate my needs. He is a professional, well experienced and reduced my anxiety about my surgery. ?!!!

Dr. Verdizad is the best Dr. I have had in my lifetime. She is so kind to patients that everyone takes much of her time by raising a few concerns at a time and she does not complain. People who take advantage of her kindness should remember that when they are waiting a little bit longer.

A wonderul clinic! I have always been impressed with their compassion and caring, they actually take the time to get to the root of the problem. The other day I cut my finger badly and I walked in even though I saw the closed for the day sign. I didn't know where to turn, they were kind enough to help me and stitched up my finger in short order. Excellent care with a mandate to help whenever they can. Kudo's to the entire clinic, wish there was more clinic's out there like yours.

Dr.Dunn was very professional, he explained my situation with my veins, valves and blood clot. He easily addressed what needed to be done. Before I knew it I was having the surgery, it went well as he was efficient and skilled. Post surgery I went home and followed his directions, I didn't have to take any pain killers. This is a quality clinic all around with very warm, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff from the front desk right to the team of Doctors. So much support for first time moms especially during this time with Covid 19 restrictions. I am thrilled and so happy I made the move from my original clinic to this one. Driving the extra few kms from Maple Ridge to Port Moody is no bother to me. I would highly recommend getting a referral to this clinic as it is in a league all it’s own. ?
