I have been a patient for over 20 years and find his practice is not only busy, but varied. He is thorough and compassionate, and easy to talk to. Like most family practises, he is busy. I am fully satisfied with his services and find him fully professional and certainly up-to-date.

Dr Premji listens and remembers what I tell him which makes visits a collaborative experience where healing can occur. I have followed Dr. Premji as he has moved practices & will continue to do so because of his wonderful wisdom and bedside manner.

The maternity ward here is outstanding. The doctors and nurses really do their jobs well, even going well beyond what you would expect in a hospital. We made the trip out there from Ottawa for both of our children because they were so good

My husband was a patient at St Mary's for 6 months. He loved the staff as they were so good to him and many times took his mind off his problems. The only complaint he had was the food that was served to him.

The staff is very good. They really care about the patients. It's sometimes hard to get in for an appointment with wait times on average 2 weeks. But if possible they do their best to squeeze you in much sooner if not the same day. They have a wide variety of activities going on in the center every day. It makes the place seem friendlier. This also allows for everyone to get involved. The programs for kids are excellent!!!!! Good work NKHC STAFF AND DOCTORS!

I am so grateful to all the staff at LDHS for their care and compassion. Every emplyee there, from the doctor, the nurses and X ray techs, to Dan the security guard who kept the cold ice coming for my fractured foot. Good people at a good hospital.

Dr. Hefferon is the best paediatrician anywhere. He has been involved with both my children and now grandchildren. He cares, is incredibly knowledgeable but most importantly, he listens. I wouldn't want any other specialist looking after my kids!
