Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises.
