I had car accident and my car was damaged, I was in shaken state of mind, however after calling my insurance things started to develop in a positive way. My experience of dealing with the accident and having td insurance personnel to guide me trough was exceptional. Also their collision center experts are quite knowledgeable and after examining the damage they were able to explain me in details about the repair work. The work was done as explained and the car was fixed completely.

Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients!
