I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Modern furniture is all about an up to date design but it is not always comfortable. We bought a Natuzzi couch from here and are still talking about how comfortable it is. It was not cheap but we now know it was well worth the price. Thanks Jas, for giving us all your knowledge of many years in the business to help us decide to go with an outstanding furniture line. My husband and I purchased a 2500 dollar mattress from a popular big box store. I was waking up in the middle of the night in horrible pain, unable to straighten up. They would not let us return it for any reason. I found Naturelle Organic Beds online and bought a 3 inch mattress topper for our new mattress. My back is completely better and my husband and I both love it. There was no smell and we could put it directly on top of the mattress. Sleep like a baby now.

We purchased upholstered sectional with coffee table.The price was unbeatable because we visited number of other stores before coming at Exotico and had a huge savings on floor model. We got a our stuff within 48 hours as promised by them due to family function we had on last thursday we were unable to find what we were looking for thanks to Exotico

Great downtown shop for gifts, home decorating and inspiration. Pam, Wayne, Mark and staff make you feel welcome and are always available to help. If I look around my house, more than half of my furniture, lighting and decor items are from In House. In House is also my first stop for birthday, Christmas and hostess gifts. Love this downtown shop!
